Established in 2016, Kien Thinh Construction Design Company started with 2 members (1 architect and 1 project manager). With a lot of experience accumulated through typical projects such as An Nam Resort, Tri Viet Hoi An Resort, Vinhomes Central Park—luxury villa area, Vinhomes Golden River—Block Aqua 1 + 2, Flora Khang Dien, Beta cinema, etc., we have developed our team and developed our own civil construction market. 2019 marked our maturity and strong development when we became the general contractor Khang Thinh IDC – One of top 50 fast and sustainable construction enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City 2019- 2022. We focus on implementing projects for corporate clients such as Passio Coffee, Binh Tay Corporation,and Novaland; and VIP customers in Phu My Hung
2025 All new!! With the GVAcons, we aim to design and build high-end houses and villas.
